• How far will my commute be to my work?
• How close are the services I need access to? (Groceries, Drycleaners, Drugstores, etc.)
• Are there medical services nearby?
• What about restaurants, coffee shops and bakeries?
• How close are the schools and parks?

walkscore.com.  Type in the address of a home and find out what’s nearby.
GreatSchools.org.  Here you can find out about schools near a particular address and test scores.
